These Service Terms apply to cleaning and related services booked with VivoClean. They supplement the general website terms and do not replace mandatory consumer protection rules.

1. Scope

Services are generally provided in Tallinn and Harjumaa unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final scope, price, and schedule are confirmed after we review your request.

2. Access and safety

You agree to provide safe access, accurate property information, and disclosure of hazards (e.g. mould, biohazards, aggressive pets). We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

3. Supplies and equipment

Unless agreed otherwise, supply of materials and equipment follows the written offer or booking confirmation.

4. Service description

Website descriptions and checklists are indicative. Included and excluded tasks for your booking are defined in your confirmation or written agreement.

5. Complaints

Report service issues promptly via email or phone so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a remedy.
