This page describes how VivoClean handles delivery of physical products ordered through our online shop (WooCommerce).

1. Delivery area

We primarily ship within Estonia unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page. International delivery may be added later.

2. Processing time

Orders are prepared on business days. Estimated dispatch time is shown at checkout when available.

3. Carriers and tracking

We use reputable carriers. Tracking details are sent to the email address provided in your order when the carrier supports it.

4. Damaged shipments

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact us promptly so we can open a case with the carrier.
