This Warranty / product conformity page summarises how we handle defective or non-conforming products sold by VivoClean.

1. Legal conformity

Products must conform to the contract and applicable law at the time of delivery. Consumers benefit from statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination where conditions are met.

2. Commercial warranty

If a manufacturer’s commercial warranty applies, details appear on the product packaging or product page. Commercial warranty is in addition to statutory rights where offered.

3. Making a claim

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. We will respond with next steps.
