This Returns Policy applies to consumer purchases of products from the VivoClean shop, subject to mandatory Estonian and EU consumer rules.

1. Right of withdrawal (distance sales)

Where you qualify as a consumer and the purchase is a distance contract, you may have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return if opened.

2. How to return

Contact us at the email below with your order number. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Do not return goods without prior agreement.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method where technically possible, within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

4. Non-returnable items

Hygiene-sensitive or opened consumables may be non-returnable unless defective. Product pages may state additional restrictions.
