These Terms and Conditions govern use of the VivoClean website and related digital services. Purchases of physical products are additionally governed by our shop policies (delivery, returns, warranty). Cleaning services are governed by our Service Terms and Cancellation Policy.

The website is operated by AVAHUB OÜ (VivoClean). Company identifiers are listed in the company details section.
2. Use of the site
You agree to provide accurate information in forms and not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt security or other users’ experience.
3. Service and shop separation
Cleaning services are requested separately from product checkout. Quotes and bookings may require manual confirmation.
4. Intellectual property
Content, branding, and materials on this site belong to VivoClean or licensors unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, we limit liability for indirect damages and for issues arising from incorrect information submitted by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
